Returns

We believe you will be delighted with your purchase, if however you wish to return or exchange your item, please wrap and return your goods to the below address.

Please make sure you return your items new, unworn and in a sellable condition within 30 days from the date on which they were delivered.

You will find your returns slip in with your order, if you can’t find this please CLICK HERE to download a new one. If you could tell us the item name, colour and size and the action you wish  us to take, so we can quickly put things right!

Please make sure that you use a ‘signed for’ service to send your goods back as unfortunately we cannot be responsible for anything that does not arrive.

A full refund is given (excluding postage and packaging) or your replacement goods will be shipped at no extra cost.

We aim to refund our customers within 7 days of receipt of your goods. All returns will be credited to the original customer’s payment method credit.

Refunds of International customs duties and sales taxes (if applicable) are excluded on shipments outside the EU. 

Please be aware that we cannot accept any returns if your items have been worn or marked.  Some items we sell are excluded from our returns policy for hygiene reasons. Swimwear cannot be returned once the hygiene sticker has been removed.
