How do I make a purchase?


It’s easy, follow these steps to your buy new clothes… 
If you know what style you are looking for, you can use our ‘search’ option at the top of the homepage.  If you are browsing, you can see our whole collection by clicking here.
Once you have found your chosen item, select your size and colour then click on the 'ADD TO SHOPPING BAG' button underneath each item. 
Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the 'SHOPPING BAG' link at the top of the page. You can use the 'REMOVE FROM BASKET' link to delete items from your shopping bag.
Click on ‘Checkout’ to complete your order.  Enter your payment method then viola.  All you have to do now is sit pretty and wait for your lovely bundle of delight to arrive!

 
Do I need an account to place an order?


No, you can shop with us without creating an account.   If you do hold an account with us, this means quicker shopping!  
To create an account, simply click on 'Register' to fill in your details. 

 
I've forgotten my password. What should I do?


Fret not, it’s easy to do!  If you have forgotten your password, follow the 'forgot your password' link which will give you instructions on the Register page. 

 
Which size should I choose?


Spin Doctor eagerly try on all of the styles each season upon arrival, and have given you guidelines on sizing and fit.  Here is our size chart.

What payment methods do you take?


We accept Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Solo, Switch and debit cards and that payment will be debited from your account at the time that your order is placed by Paypal.  We also take payments from Paypal.

My Favourite Styles Aren't In Stock, When Will They Be Back In Stock?

Unfortunately, from time to time certain styles in certain sizes will appear out of stock, this is due to the popular demand of Spin Doctor products. We always endeavour to have enough stock to satisfy the needs of our consumers but occasionally this isn't possible. We do regularly replenish stock so please check back from time to time. Our customer services team are available Monday - Friday 0830 - 1700hrs and will strive to find your style or suggest an alternative as soon as they can.

Are All Spin Doctor’s Products Available To Buy Online?

Spin Doctor's online store provides all the latest seasons' products as well as some old favourites. Some stockists may have Spin Doctor products that are not available in the online store. If you have found a Spin Doctor product on the High Street but not in your size and you can't find it online, please contact us on our Contact Us page (including the style, size and colour) and we will try to find an alternative stockist for you or suggest an alternative style. Spin Doctor customer services are available Monday - Friday, 0830 - 1700hrs and will endeavour to answer your question as soon as they can.

Why has my payment been rejected?

Due to recent events, we have introduced security filters on the site, which ensure safer payments for both the company and the customer. If your payment is rejected by risk controls (FMF) it will be down to one of the following filters:

The Address Verification Service does not match your billing details

An AVS is unsupported by your credit/debit card provider

Your card security code does not match

The delivery address is to somewhere we do not deliver to as yet.

It is a large order, over £300.00

You are trying to place your order from a country/region (IP address) outside of where we ship to

If you are still having trouble, you can use a Paypal account to pay for your order on our website as an alternative, or please get in contact using the Contact Us page.

 

How Can I Track My Delivery?

Please ensure to enter an email address and a phone number when placing your order. Once you have completed your order, you will receive a dispatch email with your tracking link. If you have recently placed an order and you think it is overdue, please contact our Customer Services Team here, quoting your order reference number, Spin Doctor's customer services are available Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 1700 GMT and will reply to your email as soon as they can.

 

Will I Get A Receipt With My Order?

You will receive an email confirming your order has been received, which will act as an electronic receipt. You will also receive a printed dispatch note with your order which can be found within the plastic sleeve attached to the outside of the delivery carton.

How do I return or exchange an item? 
 
We believe you will be delighted with your purchase but if you wish to exchange them for a different size or have fallen out of love with them, please wrap and return them marking clearly on the outside package 'Returned Goods" and we will either exchange them or give you your money back. You will find a returns slip in with your delivery that has help and information on how to go about returning your items to us.

Please fill in the returns slip to let us know why you are returning your items and the action you wish us to take, so we can quickly put things right. Please make sure that you use a 'signed for' service to send them back as unfortunately we cannot be responsible for anything that does not arrive. We will however send you any exchanged items at no extra cost.

Please make sure you return your items new, unworn and in a saleable condition within 30 days from the date on which they were delivered. A full refund is given (less postage and packaging if applicable), please allow two statements for your refund to show up on your statement. We aim to refund our customers within 7 days of receipt of your goods.

All returns will be credited to the original customer's payment method credit card/Paypal including sales taxes and excluding shipping charges. Refunds of International customs duties and sales taxes (if applicable) are excluded on shipments outside the EU.

Please be aware that we cannot accept any returns if your items have been worn or marked but if you have any queries at all please do not hesitate to contact us.

Some items we sell are excluded from our returns policy for hygiene reasons. You can take most items out of their packaging to examine them, before deciding whether you want to keep them. However, swimwear can't be returned once opened (if the pack is unopened & undamaged then returns are fine).
